Our Pork
Local Pork, Seasonal Pannage Pork & Traditional Butchery Cuts
Our pork is sourced from carefully selected farms across Hampshire, Dorset and Wiltshire. It can be supplied fresh or frozen depending on your requirements and delivered in temperature controlled vehicles.
We can supply a wide range of pork cuts for homes, pubs, restaurants and catering kitchens, including pork belly, shoulder, loin, chops, back ribs, diced pork, pig cheeks, suckling pig, whole pig and free range pork.
Seasonal New Forest pannage pork
During autumn, pigs are released into the New Forest to feed on acorns and nuts. This creates a unique seasonal product with an amazing historic food story, ideal for chefs looking to add provenance and character to their menus.

Our Lamb
Local Lamb, Bespoke Cuts & Quality Sourced Produce
We source much of our lamb from trusted farms throughout the New Forest, Hampshire, Dorset and Wiltshire. We are also able to supply lamb from other parts of the UK, including Scotland and Wales.
If you would prefer an international option, we can also provide carefully selected Australian and New Zealand lamb. Lamb is available fresh or frozen depending on your preferences and menu requirements.

Our Poultry

We can supply a comprehensive range of fresh and frozen poultry to suit different kitchen requirements, from everyday chicken cuts to free range, corn fed, organic and slow grown traditional birds.
Buying chicken that has had a better quality life offers better quality meat. Our family butcher selects chickens that have had space to move around, grow more slowly, access natural light and been fed on a healthy diet.
Local chicken and turkey
We can supply chicken sourced within thirty miles of our butchery from poultry farms based in Dorset, Hampshire and Wiltshire. We can also supply carefully selected local turkey, including free range, naturally bred, fresh or frozen options.

Our Game
Wild Game, New Forest Venison & Seasonal Specialities
We can provide fresh local wild game when in season and frozen game when out of season. Wherever possible, our first choice is locally sourced meat from one of our farms or from carefully vetted local suppliers.
Our range can include venison, wild rabbit, pheasant, partridge, wild boar, free range duck, wood pigeon breasts and wild hare, depending on seasonality and availability.
Hampshire, Dorset and Wiltshire sourced game
Intensity of flavour is enhanced by our butcher hanging game on the bone for 12 days. We can also supply handmade game sausages and home produced game burgers for seasonal menus.

Alongside our fresh meat selection, we produce a range of traditional homemade products prepared in our Hampshire butchery using carefully selected ingredients, time honoured recipes and quality meat.
Our traditional pork sausages were awarded Hampshire champion in 2020. They are handmade by experienced butchers using premium fresh ingredients, natural casings and carefully formulated recipes.
