New Pastures Butchers is guided by Brett Reynolds and Scott Maslen, combining decades of butchery, farming and hospitality experience. Both remain hands-on within the business, working closely with customers, suppliers and the team to maintain the quality, service and local knowledge the business is known for.

Brett Reynolds

Brett has over 30 years’ experience in butchery and farming. From a farming and butcher family background, he brings a wealth of knowledge across animal welfare, traditional farming methods and quality meat production.

His field-to-fork understanding is central to New Pastures, from naturally reared cattle and dry-aged beef to award-winning sausages, burgers and handmade meat products developed for both retail and trade customers.

Hospitality & Customer Service

Scott Maslen

Scott joined the farm and butchers after years working in the hospitality trade, giving him a practical understanding of what chefs, kitchens and customers need from a reliable meat supplier.

His background complements Brett’s farming and butchery experience, helping New Pastures provide high quality produce, dependable service and direct support for busy kitchens and local customers.

Together, Brett and Scott remain involved at every level of the business, from sourcing and preparation to customer service and delivery, helping New Pastures offer the personal approach of a local butcher with the reliability needed by professional kitchens.
